The owner, Deforest Brown, is a class act. Several years ago, my entire unit went out. He sold me a new unit and installed it. He was very professional and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about servicing the unit. He came out today (Sunday) because my unit was not cooling. He was at my house within 30 min of my call. He replaced the burned out part quickly. His prices are reasonable and you won’t get better customer service, I promise you that.

Don’t know what I would do without Brown Comfort Systems. A/C went out in our summer camp. Called him on a Friday afternoon and he was there in an hour, fixed it and we were back up and running in no time! Highly recommended, knowledgeable and service oriented!

Want to take a moment to recommend Brown Comfort Systems. Our air went out a couple of weeks ago (middle of Florida summer!) and Mr. Brown was very honest and upfront about what needed to happen (but not pushy!) He was also very accommodating to my time and situation. Thanks so much!

Mr. Brown was recommended by a friend when our AC system failed, and the company we called (a large AC company in the area with lots of TV ads) was not able to commit to a specific day and date to check out our system. Mr. Brown said he would be here as soon as he finished the job he was working on, the same day. When he inspected our system he gave us a few options and associated prices and explained the pros and cons of each. Our system had a small slow leak. He recharged the system and added a sealant to give us time to consider our options. We decided to replace our entire system. We called Mr. Brown in the evening, and left a message. He called right back and showed up early the next morning. We had a new system the same day, at a very reasonable price. The inspector showed up a couple of days later and said the installers did an excellent job. We highly recommend Brown Comfort Systems.

HUGE shout out to Brown Comfort Systems. We learned our lesson to never, EVER use One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning (like we unfortunately did to install our current system.

DeForest arrived with 2 hours of calling my landlord for a repair on a Friday night, before the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. He was very knowledgeable, offered me troubleshooting over the phone to address my a/c not working. He took ownership of the issue after troubleshooting failed and corrected the problem quickly once he arrived on site.
